Project Description

This is the script for some user testing I conducted for a local health insurance agency who wanted to know what consumers thought of its health insurance purchasing portal.

My Work

I did a heuristic analysis of the agencies' two health insurance portals, plus some user testing of live users and some asynchronous testing via an online testing site.
